A Career Built on Transformation

My career has taken me from juvenile probation officer to corporate operations manager, from talent development leader to data analyst and nonprofit program manager. What connects it all? A deep commitment to helping people and systems work better.

I've spent two decades solving complex problems—whether that's reducing project queues by 63% and cutting project lifecycles in half, designing leadership development programs for high-potential talent, or building community connections through climate-conscious networking. I draw on my background in criminal justice, forensic psychology, operations management, and data analytics to approach challenges with both empathy and evidence.
